Shootout Drivers Confirmed
With the start of the first ever Carline Mufflers National Super Sedan Series foray into Western Australia just two weeks away, series organisers are pleased to announce that 13 contracted drivers have confirmed their participation in the Lukey Exhausts Western Shootout.
The series-within-a–series will determine the winner of the 2011/2012 Carline Mufflers National Super Sedan Series and give Western Australian fans an opportunity to catch Australia’s premier Super Sedan competition on home soil.
The field for the NSSS western swing includes representatives from every other Australian state in what will be the strongest gathering of Super Sedan talent in Western Australia for many years. The 13 contracted drivers taking on the challenge of the Lukey Exhausts Western Shootout are:

This is a cracking line-up given the logistics of trekking to Western Australia and hopefully a very 
strong field of locals will be on hand at all three rounds to ensure the series is an overwhelming success. Brent Halliday is the first of the locals to confirm his participation in the series and it is anticipated that many more will follow suit in the days ahead.
The Lukey Exhausts Western Shootout gets underway at Kalgoorlie Speedway on March 7, with the second event to be staged at Albany’s Attwell Park Speedway on March 9. The 2011/2012 Carline Mufflers National Super Sedan Series Grand Final will be held at the Perth Motorplex on March 10.
