The National Junior Sedan Title at 7mate Northline Speedway is just a week away, and one driver competing is Lance Carew, a Junior Sedan veteran, competing in his sixth and final National Tilte.
Not many drivers in Junior Sedan competition are able to compete in that many titles, and the benefit Carew has learnt over the years, will hold him in a good position come next Friday and Saturday night.
Seventeen year old Carew, will hang up is helmet on Saturday night from Junior competition. I am looking forward to catching up with my Southerner mates, he said.
Carew will be driving his Datsun Sunny in the National Title, something he has driven throughout his career.
I love competing with hard racing competitors, Carew said.
I would really love to move into open wheelers, when I can.
With this being my last National Title on my home track in Darwin, I would like to at least finish an A main or even better making the podium finish, Carew added.
Lance Carew would like to thank his Sponsors: Cartridge World Darwin Haseldine Automotive GYB Motorsport City Tyres
